The majority of Band Supplies' products displayed at the site are available through the Band Supplies Online Store and in selected TOG 24 stores in the UK. In some cases, merchandise displayed for sale on our Site may not be available in all sizes and colors. The prices displayed on our Site are quoted in UK Sterling and are valid and effective only in the UK. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Band Supplies shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product(s) listed at the incorrect price.Band Supplies shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. Ordering
We have a large selection of music available from stock, but we do not maintain these titles forever, therefore there can be instances where we have to order your title from our suppliers. In such cases, we will arrange to deliver your music as swiftly as possible, but only charge delivery on the lower rate even if you request next day delivery.
Returns
We do not supply music on a sale or return basis. We are therefore unable to accept any music returned to us for credit or exchange, unless supplied in error. Please therefore ensure that you have quoted the correct arranger of the title you require, as a significant number of titles now have many different arrangements made of them.
