The new Taylor Tornado is the Piranha’s smaller, tighter, and more focused sibling. Built in the same spirit as the legendary Piranha, the Tornado delivers the Taylor character and attitude, but in a form that better suits players who don’t always need the monster power and huge sound of its big brother.
Designed for musicians who want a horn that can blend seamlessly with mainstream trumpets like Bach Strads, Yamaha Xenos, and similar models, the Tornado offers a comfortable level of resistance, making it super easy to play across all registers while still giving you the ability to light up with power when the music calls for it.
Both the Tornado and the Piranha share the same .460" bore, but the Tornado features distinct mouthpipe and bell tapers to create its more refined, centred voice. Players can also choose between a traditional main tuning slide or a reverse tuning slide, whichever feels and responds best for their style.
A versatile, responsive trumpet with a focused sound, perfect for players who want Taylor performance without the full Piranha aggression.

Returns
Should you be unhappy with your purchase goods can be returned within 14 days of receipt. This does not apply to products where hygiene is concerned and product seals have been broken. Reeds, mouthpieces, pipes & chanters are unreturnable.
You must then return the goods at your own expense. Goods must be returned in the original packaging and condition.
If the goods are faulty or not what was ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods and we will arrange return at our own expense.
