Description
Stentor Master violins, violas and cellos are produced in limited quantities in Stentor’s own high grade workshops in China. These fine instruments represent the best of the Stentor range, above the Arcadia, each with their own individual character and superior tone. They are hand carved from a choice selection of tonewoods, with a high level of craftsmanship using traditional techniques. They feature high quality fittings with English pattern ebony pegs and tailpiece and high quality branded strings, normally Pirastro. Stentor Master instruments are finished in a hand applied antiqued oil varnish, creating a colouring and appearance more akin to older master instruments. The Stentor Master offers the chance to own an instrument that will enhance performance and develop in sound with the player’s musical experience.
